How to stop the flow of thoughts: it's not understanding that saves you, but presence
Your mind is overloaded, trying to grasp everything. But God says today: understanding is not your job. It's enough that you're still here.
Gospel of the Kingdom
You don’t have to understand everything. It’s enough that you’re still here.
Your mind is overloaded. It’s trying to grasp everything: why the pain happened, the purpose of this stage, what tomorrow will bring. It can’t rest—and it’s exhausting.
But God says today: understanding is not your job.
Look at a tree. It doesn’t understand how it grows, or why winter exists. It just grows. And that’s enough.
You’ve lived through all the storms you didn’t understand. Walked through all the tunnels without seeing the light. And you came out. Not because you understood. But because you stayed.
Today, allow yourself not to know. Simply say: “I don’t understand. But I’m here. And that’s enough.”
In the void of “I don’t know,” space appears. And in that space is God.
